Shipping Policy

At UnitedTradersUS, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and efficiently. We currently ship exclusively within the United States, using trusted domestic carriers to ensure the highest level of service.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day. During periods of high order volume, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended—but we will always keep you informed if delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to provide fast and reliable delivery across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1 to 3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or weather-related disruptions.

Shipping Area

At this time, UnitedTradersUS ships only to addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (upon request or by approval)

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours and allows you to follow your package in real-time.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. UnitedTradersUS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information. In the event a package is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
